Welcome to easystudy.in. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the easystudy mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by SMART WORKS (Proprietor: Tarique Anwer).

By accessing or using easystudy, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using easystudy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including students, visitors, and registered members. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Ownership

All content available on easystudy, including but not limited to Syllabus information, Previous Year Questions (PYQs), Notes, summaries, and explanations, as well as logos, icons, UI designs, and graphics, is the intellectual property of SMART WORKS or its respective content providers and is protected under Indian Copyright and Intellectual Property laws.

2.2 License to Users

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content strictly for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

2.3 Restrictions

You agree not to: Copy, distribute, sell, or reshare content; upload materials to third-party platforms; or use automated tools/bots to scrape data from the Platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
SMART WORKS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.
Account deletion requests can be sent to our support email.

4. Educational Content Disclaimer

        Note: easystudy strives to provide accurate academic content. However, we do not guarantee completeness or absolute accuracy. Syllabi and PYQs are subject to university updates. All content is provided “as is” for reference purposes only.
    

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMART WORKS and its proprietor shall not be liable for any academic loss, data loss, or technical issues resulting from the use of the Platform.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Government of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the district where the proprietor resides.

7. Third-Party Links

Our app may contain links to YouTube or other educational resources. We do not claim ownership over third-party materials and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
