2.2 License to Users

easystudy grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content strictly for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

2.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or reshare content.
• Upload easystudy materials to third-party platforms or websites.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping methods without prior written permission.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility.
• You must immediately notify easystudy of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• easystudy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, easystudy shall not be liable for academic loss, data loss, app downtime, or technical issues. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

easystudy reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content and change features (free or premium) at any time without prior notice.

7. Third-Party Content & Textbooks

Some materials (textbooks or references) may be linked from third-party sources or used under fair educational reference. easystudy does not claim ownership over third-party content and will promptly remove material upon receiving valid copyright notices.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Government of India.
