Welcome to easystudy.in. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the easystudy mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by SMART WORKS (Proprietor: Tarique Anwer).
By accessing or using easystudy, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
By downloading, accessing, or using easystudy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including students, visitors, and registered members. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform.
2.1 Ownership: All content available on easystudy, including but not limited to Syllabus information, Previous Year Questions (PYQs), Notes, summaries, and explanations, as well as logos, icons, UI designs, and graphics, is the intellectual property of SMART WORKS or its respective content providers and is protected under Indian Copyright and Intellectual Property laws.
2.2 License to Users: We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content strictly for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
2.3 Restrictions: You agree not to copy, distribute, sell, or reshare content; upload materials to third-party platforms; or use automated tools/bots to scrape data from the Platform.
3.1 Content Submission: By submitting educational materials (Notes, PYQs, Solutions, etc.) to easystudy, you represent that you own the rights to the content or have the necessary permissions to share it. You grant SMART WORKS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, and distribute this content on the Platform.
3.2 Notifications: By participating in the Rewards Program or submitting materials, you agree to receive automated push notifications regarding the status of your submission (e.g., Pending, Approved, or Rejected). These notifications are a core part of the Platform's service.
3.3 Rewards & UPI Information: To incentivize the contribution of quality educational resources, SMART WORKS may offer monetary rewards.
Collection of Data: To receive rewards, you must provide a valid UPI ID. This information is used strictly for processing your reward payments.
Accuracy: You are solely responsible for providing the correct UPI ID. SMART WORKS is not liable for transactions failed or misdirected due to incorrect user input.
Approval: Reward eligibility and payment amounts are determined at the sole discretion of SMART WORKS based on the quality and relevance of the submitted material.
4.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Account Deletion: Upon selecting "Delete Account," all personal data, including your academic profile, UPI information, and device-specific notification tokens (FCM Tokens), will be permanently removed from our active database in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This can be performed via:

4.3 Termination: SMART WORKS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or submitting plagiarized materials.
easystudy strives to provide accurate academic content. However, we do not guarantee completeness or absolute accuracy. Syllabi and PYQs are subject to university updates. All content is provided “as is” for reference purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMART WORKS and its proprietor shall not be liable for any academic loss, data loss, or technical issues resulting from the use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Government of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the district where the proprietor resides.
Our app may contain links to YouTube or other educational resources. We do not claim ownership over third-party materials and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
